Frank Cucuzza did an EXCELLENT job cleaning out our very dirty vents and also explaining what the details of the job entailed. 1930s house ended up having 4 total returns, so an upcharge totaling approx $300 which is more of a merchant -fine print- issue and in no way reflective of the contractor that did the actual job very well.

Frank came in today and was able to help us out. Our home hasn't been done if ever and our home is 50 years old! Easy scheduling and very helpful in figuring out what services are best for our house!

The tech who came was very nice. But to actually have anything cleaned was an up-sell of $700. Hooked up a vacuum to a vent, let it run for 20-ish minutes then left. Said anything else would and a full dryer vent cleaning would be an extra $700. The company is bad! First scheduled appointment the tech was a No Call No Show. Cancelled on me again. Third appointment was actually done. SCAM! RUN!!!!!

Very unprofessional and the voucher is not worth it. He did not clean my dryer vent because it’s on the second floor and wanted to charge me 200$ extra for it. There was no “full system inspection”, all he did is walk around the house (with his shoes on after telling him that my floors and carpet are clean) and counter number of vents to charge me for cleaning them. He quoted me over $1000 extra!

The subcontractor tried to get $199 extra after taking a vacuum to the vent grills. He was in my home for 20 minutes. He lied stating that he deep cleaned. Then he cursed at me in front of my 10 year old daughter, calling me ignorant and shady.

Service person was helpful, but showed up exactly at 1 pm for a 9-1 service window.
I would NOT recommend purchasing this Groupon. If I had done everything the technician recommended, it would have been at least $400 of upcharges.
