    • 1 voucher per ac/furnace system. Any additional system will require additional voucher or fee. Limit 2 voucher per house. Furnace cleaning, disinfecting, deep cleaning are not included but can be added at additional cost. Clogged dryer vents and dryer vents over 8 feet will also be at additional cost. Houses with 3 system and more will require an additional 99 dollars charge per system. Apartment's 2 floor and up would be at additional cost of 49 dollars. One main and one return is included additional main and returns will require an additional charge. Mains range from $90-$129 depending on length and returns range from $50-$70 depending on size. Disinfecting, deep cleaning, furnace cleaning, mold treatment, and grill vent wash Are not included but can be added for an additional cost.
