- Microneedling Clients: Must stop using any retinol products at least seven (7) days before the session.
- BioRePeel Clients: Must stop using any retinol products at least fourteen (14) days before the session.
- Services are available by appointment only.
- Scheduling in advance is recommended to ensure availability.
- A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure and guarantee the reservation.
- A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Notification may be given by phone, text, or email.
- Cancellation Fee for Normal Hours: Less than 3 hours’ notice will result in a $70 fee.
- Cancellation Fee for After-Hours Appointments: Less than 3 hours’ notice will result in a $100 fee.
