So I have used them 3x and the first 2 was great! NOT THIS TIME! Different people came to clean. The woman came and asked for some bleach. But half way in I saw her using my Lysol on the dining room table and I asked her if she brought any cleaning products. She translated thru her phone that she had forgotten all of them!! I asked for her to get them and come back. She Refused. NEVER USE AGAIN!!

If we could rate them higher than 5 stars, we would! They were so phenomenal--brave, understanding, thorough, efficient, and they did such a fantastic job that we can't wait to have them back on a regular basis. Our bathroom grout is the cleanest it's ever been, the kitchen backsplash is sparkling, and they even got the corners of the floors and the vaulted ceilings! And the towel origami... ❤️

The staff was amazing and cleaned very well! The reason I gave it one star 🌟 was because of Management. Unfortunately they broke my bathroom blind. And when I spoke with Management she addressed me, as if it was MY fault that the blind broke!
The blind was in perfect condition, nothing wrong and I offered to even send pictures. She NEVER apologized, or took any accountability the action, of breaking my property!
When I addressed the situation AGAIN, she still never apologized, or said is there anything we can do, for the inconvenience of property
