As the middle-class kid at the “rich-kid” school, owner Kristy Anderson began reimagining home interiors at age 6. She would “fancify” her family’s tiny apartments using sheets as curtains and blankets as wall art. Through this, she learned that any home can be beautiful on any budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Making vacant or cluttered houses feel like the home of a buyer’s dreams and using what homeowners already have to make them truly love and feel proud of their homes again.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
“I never invited people to my home before. I was too embarrassed. Now, I entertain every week in the rooms you redesigned.“
