So, to be sure I understand: I personally fill this out, then have it notarized to make it legal? I live in Surrey, BC, Canada. Is this just a template?

Hi Diane, Thanks for your question. This is Michael from DynamicLegalForms.com. There is no requirement under any B.C. Wills law that says a Will must be notarized to make it legal. In fact, the courts will only accept an original (not notarized copy). This is not a template Will. This is the most advanced Will-creation software on the planet. Think Turbo-Tax but for Wills. It's an online questionnaire you complete and when you're done, you can download, review, and print off your Will - and then sign it in the presence of two appropriate witnesses. You should also read the signing instructions and comprehensive eBook that comes with the .pdf Will. Hope this helps!
