Hi there, Once the groupon is completed, am I left with a legal will or does it need to be reviewed and/or signed off by a lawyer? I am bascially wondering if this will be a legal Canadian document or are further steps/money required to make it such? Thank you

Hi Tara, Wills are legal in your province so long as they are executed properly. This is discussed in greater detail in the signing instructions and eBook that comes with your Will. It includes things like signing in the presence of two (2) adult witnesses who are not your beneficiaries or their spouses (who must also sign in your presence). The Will does not need to be reviewed, registered, etc. anywhere for it to be valid or legal. Hope this helps!
