To purchase a Legal Will to do on line, how can it be legal, when anyone could do it on line. Does the person have to download it and take it to a notary or a lawyer. If not, I could do one for my neighbour. Please clarify as I would like to purchase one.

Hi Lynda, Thanks for your email. This is Michael from www.DynamicLegalForms.com. So here's how it works: 1. You create a person and secure account on our website. 2. You go through the online questionnaire 3. When you're done, you can download and print off a custom-tailored .pdf Will 4. You need to follow the signing instructions at the end of the Will to sign the Will property in front of appropriate witnesses. 5. You can read the eBook that comes with the Will to better understand the legal requirements for Wills in your province and how Wills can be challenged. 6. There is no legal requirement for a lawyer or notary to be involved in drafting, witnessing or notarizing a Will in Canada. Hope this helps!
