Q:

The groupon has this statement in it: "Bestows an Oracle-certified professional certificate upon completion". When I go to the website, it mentions Course Completion Certificate and the fine print "*Please note, unless stated otherwise or included in package, our online courses only offer course completion certificates ( £10 fee) and in all cases official testing (at a charge made by testing centre) is required to gain officially certified recognised qualifications". Can you clarify if there is any exam vouchers for the Oracle Database 11g certified associate included with the course or if this course only provide course completion certificates? I'm guessing the statement doesn't literally mean you get the Oracle database 11g certified professional certification from Oracle after the course completion. Hence my question about exam vouchers because I also saw this statement about exam vouchers at the course website: "All exam vouchers supplied with e-Careers courses must be used within the duration of your course. Exam Vouchers become invalid once the course has expired." Thanks in advance for your response.

A:

Hello, Thanks for contacting us. That is correct the certificate we provide is not the Official certificate from Oracle. It is one of our own certificates for you to attach to your C.V to show that you have studied this training package and have an understanding of the material it covers. if you would like to gain more information on how to sit the official Oracle exams than you can contact us direct. Our support staff are available 24/5 and would be more than happy to help. Best Regards e-Careers
