Q:

In doing online searches on the integrity of this company I found several former customers who's access to the tutorials they purchased was denied with only a fractional refund offered when they complained. Those dissatisfied people are calling e-Careers "scammers." Those who bought through Groupon were able to receive refunds from Groupon but not e-Careers.

Do you receive a completion degree/certificate? Can one use it as credible proof that one is an "expert" in web design?

Q:

I have two questions: 1) Is this program suitable for beginners? I have absolutely no experience in web design and am wondering if I need an entry level course first. 2) Do we need to own the software, such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and others?

Sushil R.  asked on  Jan 5, 2013

A:

Hi Sushil,The courses can be done by anyone as it starts from basic to advance. As our courses are based on interactive simulations, it feels like you are actually using the software you are being trained about. However if you need to practice, you can download free versions of software from following website.http://www.adobe.com/downloads/. For any other queries please do not hesitate to contact me on sales6@e-careers.com - Kind Regards, Veronica (E-Careers)

Q:

Is there a certificate for specific courses. Such as an HTML 5 certificate for completing the 14 hour session? Are there any certificates or documentation of completion going to be given? If so, is it for specific areas. or to get recognition do you have to complete every available course? Thanks

While you do not have to have the program to participate in the training, it is strongly recommended that you have access to it. No, they do not provide any student discount for purchase of the program.
