Q:

How often can you switch plans? For example, start out with Classic but decide to try Paleo, then Clean? I realize the question has been asked already, twice actually, but two different answers were given. One answer was once per week with no charge. Another answer was once per month with no charge. Which is correct? Thanks!

Jessica M.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

You can switch your plan one time each month.

Q:

I really like the Natural & Organic Plan but am equally concerned about caloric intake. Does this plan take this into account? Will information be provided to me regarding the nutritional value of each meal?

Jaimee B.  asked on  Jan 10, 2013

A:

We do not provide the nutritional information at this time. However, the Natural and Organic plan is a great plan to be on.
