Q:

The lunch and breakfast add ons, are they specific as well? For example if I choose the gluten free meal plan will the breakfast and lunch plans be gluten free also? Thanks.

I know I have the option to change from different meal types once per month. Do I also have the option to switch from 2-person to family? Is that also limited to once a month?

I see in the sample menu there is an arugula salad, but there doesn't seem to be any other recipe, besides the one, within the week that calls for the use of arugula. Don't the recipes use "like" ingredients?

I see that at the end of each days portion controlled meal plan, it will say, for example 2@3. What is that? I am hoping that it is weight watchers points.

It is referring to the amount of points used for that meal.

Q:

Food allergy...is there a way to not get a weekly menu that is geared towards eating fish. Severe fish allergy and Most menu plans have fish in them at least 2 or 3 times a week. I knows it is good for you, but not if you are allergic to it. Or peanuts or whatever other food allergy people have. cheers e
