Q:

I would guess it does, but does it have information on Canadian/Calgary grocery stores? I am thinking of major chains like Superstore that are not in the US and want to make sure that if that is where I shop the list will be formed based on what I can buy there.

Karen A.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

We have a large Canadian subscription base and they love eMeals and it works for them and where they shop. They tend to be very pleased with using the product in Canada at most stores and Calgary is one of them.

Is the shopping list/sale info available in Canada? Kroger is mentioned in the ad but not in Canada

We do not have a menu plan for any stores in Canada yet. But most of our meal plans are still cost effective at most any store.

Q:

You get 7 dinners- what if I work and want to cook less and eat leftovers- how can I make this work for me? Can you rate the menus by most cooking to least cooking needed? Can I switch between plans? For example from low carb to paleo to gluten free? Thank you

Nisrine M.  asked on  Apr 5, 2013

A:

All of our plans are made to be healthy, quick and money saving. Some more than others in each area. You could use the low cost of receiving the plan to cook for your dinners and lunches and leftovers. I would encourage you to visit our website and view our sample plans to see what type of dietary preferences work for you.

Q:

Hello This has 7 meals a week, would it. If I want to cook once or twice a week, and then pack my lunches and dinners ( eating leftovers for lunch) how would this plan work for me? I am interested in the dinner only plan. Also can I switch between plans? for example start with the paleo, switch to gluten free then low carb? would this be possible? thank you

Nisrine M.  asked on  Apr 5, 2013

A:

You could use one plan for your dinners and lunches. It is a great deal that doesnt cost you much but saves you plenty! You can change your plan once a month free of charge.
