Q:

Also, if you chose a specific dinner plan will the breakfast and lunch plans match it? The site seems to have a standard breakfast and lunch plan to add with any dinner plan. However i dont need a kid friendly lunch menu and if I'm sticking to a specific meal plan a standard breakfast menu might not be suitable. If i choose A Paleo Dinner plan will my breakfast and lunch plans be Paleo as well? Or portion controlled if i choose a portion control dinner plan? Or low carb if i choose a low carb dinner plan?

If I purchase the clean eating plan, with breakfast and lunch-- the clean eating plan is just for dinner, correct? Also, are the shopping lists for all 3 meals a day in 1 continuous sheet? Or for 3 meals/day are the shipping lists separated into 3 lists for breakfast, lunch dinner?

Debbie H.  asked on  Apr 7, 2013

Yes the Clean Eating is just for lunch. There are 3 separate sheets for each plan.
