Amazing!!!! My husband laughed when I told him I purchased this Groupon, no lie. He text me 6 hours later to say it’s the best money we have spent. I believe Oscar is his name. Amazing, got out terrible stains and DID NOT try to sell us on anything.

I have been using thief service for 2 years. Oscar has been awesome each time and has always been on time, curious and professional. I have a 3200sq ft home with stairs and 6 dogs who think my floor is a giant pee pad. But they are always able to get the stains out. Tip tip tip these people. They are thorough and work within your schedule requests

Oscar did an amazing job! The carpet had some stains that I didn’t think could be removed, but he made them look almost new! I was busy and didn’t get any before pictures, but will most definitely use them again. Best carpet cleaning company I’ve used so far in Houston! Recommend 10/10

The floors look great! The technician contacted me and informed me that he could make it out early, which worked out great for me. He got right to work. He was helpful and his customer service was awesome! He was efficient and got the job done! The only thing was that I was under the impression that the service was including deep clean but only covered steam clean but again, that was my fault for not reading the fine print.

The first appointment was rescheduled because of the employee's late arrival (it happens). The rescheduling with Anna was fast and easy. The second appointment was on time and we are pleased with the service. Oscar is a very polite, professional, and hard working person. The carpet cleaning was a big improvement. Thank you Oscar.
