We had a great time as first time paddlers and Cathy was a fantastic instructor! Cathy was so knowledgable about SUP and the history of the area we were located. She made it fun and much less intimidating. After the lesson, getting on the board and balancing was much easier than expected. We are hooked and can’t wait to take a tour with Cathy.
