Scheduling was easy, technician was very friendly. Not my best manicure… a lot of rough edges and a little rushed.

East Town Spa is a quaint little place with a very inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Our technician was very professional and our Mani-Pedi were excellent. I will certainly return.

It was very nice to treat myself. This isn’t something I normally do so it was a great experience. The woman (think her name was Kate?), was meticulous. I had a shellac manicure and eyelash tint. The shellac lasted a long time but needed to be touched up too soon. For someone who does manicures regularly, it would be a good option. The eyelash tint lasted a good while so I think I’d do that again.

While the pedicure was nice and attentively done, my technician had an ear bud with music in, and was hard to hear and seemed not to into socializing, which was okay. She just didn't seem to aware of her own volume, so she was hard to hear sometimes. Unfortunately, with the manicure, I felt rushed out the door by her at the end. It was so hasty that my still drying finger nails, which were already a bit uneven, got smudged, and the next morning started chipping off, so I have had to remove everything.
It seemed like her friend/boyfriend/ride, who was sitting there the whole time, which is fine, must have had to go before they closed, and other than the receptionist, we were the only people there.
Now part of the issues I ran into may have been due to the fact that I was 15 minutes late to my 6:00 PM appointment, on a day that they close at 8:00 PM, so it cut the express time short. However, I did try and contact the spa several times a couple days and early the day of to try and reschedule/ let them know about the conflict. It was clear that nobody checked the messages when they called me to ask if I wanted to come in earlier, which is when I asked if I should reschedule, but my lateness didn't seem it would be an issue.
Anyway, everyone there was pleasant enough, the receptionist was very helpful at the end, but I likely wouldn't go back.

Great place and good atmosphere. I love my nails and the beautician was pleasant, friendly and did a good job. I was disappointed because this is the first time I had a pedicure without callous removal and massage. There was also a service fee and this should be on their website.

Love the atmosphere here. Super cool building , nice set up for salon and spa services. Still had to pay $1.80 at end of my visit. And make sure to read fine print and come without polish on. That costs $13to remove
