Choose Between Two Options
- $59 for four weeks of beginner CrossFit classes for one ($169 value)
- $99 for four weeks of beginner CrossFit classes for two ($338 value)
Each participant must complete three CrossFit fundamentals classes each week for the first two weeks. Upon completion of these six introductory classes, they may participate in as many regular CrossFit classes as they like over the remaining fortnight. Participants must have less than 6 months of experience with CrossFit.
Trainers and owners Patrick Minehan and Robby Ho put their experience in personal training, weightlifting, and bodyweight fitness to work at Eastgate CrossFit. During sessions, they employ functional-movement exercises that work all muscle groups in a single class. They also mix up routines to keep everyone engaged, having participants toss medicine balls one day and scale up ropes the next. Every session is designed to prep their charges for all activities, from sports and work to daily activities such as carrying groceries.
