Float Therapy is extremely relaxing and therapeutic for various needs. We aim to provide a relaxing, stress free experience!
The Deal:
This promotion offers 1 90 minute float therapy experience at Easy Float's Denver location.
The Process:
Upon arrival, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will check you in at the front desk and take you back to your room to show you how to get started.
In order to prepare for the float you will insert earplugs, apply Vaseline to any cuts, scratches, or razor burn, and rinse off.
Then, you will enter the float tank and lay on your back- where you will experience the magic of the float- weightlessness!
Post- float you will rinse off again and you are welcome to relax in our relaxation area. We also provide hairdryers and a mirrored area to get ready afterwards.
The Experience:
Float therapy provides a very serene, dark, and quiet environment to unwind. Each of our float therapy rooms contains a cabin style tank (tall ceilings, with a larger, wider area than a float pod). Each has a depth of only 6 inches of water which is saturated with over 800 lbs of Epsom salt, creating the buoyant and therapeutic effect. The float rooms are designed to block out external stimulus like light and sound to maximize tranquility and meditative effects. You will feel completely weightless and relaxed during your session, allowing your body and mind to decompress.
Users of float therapy report lessened symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, and depression. They have also reported increased creativity, sleep quantity and quality and lessened aches, pains, and tension.
Other Notes:
If you have recently dyed your hair or gotten any new tattoos or piercings, it is best to give us a call so we can advise the best time to float. If you have epilepsy, diabetes, or are undergoing chemotherapy, we highly suggest asking your doctor before floating. If you have open wounds, or have recently had surgery, it is important to wait until the wounds have completely closed for your comfort.
