Course was VERY long-Customer service was spotty at best. If you get too many questions wrong, you have to call Cust Serv for them to 'reset' you in order to be able to continue. The 'final' exam at the end is difficult/comprehensive, and there is no 'easy' way to search back thru the course material. In addition, you cannot 'speed thru' even the most simple/mundane topics-there's a stopwatch 'forcing' you to wait before you can move forward.
