The food is healthy, but the recipes aren't imaginative, and the meals were REALLY bland. Only one of the five meals had a protein with any significant flavor. The grains and vegetables were pretty much unadorned, unseasoned, uninteresting.
It's very possible to make a healthy meal that is also imaginative and tasty. Perhaps I just happened to get the only 5 super-bland meals.

Great meals and very awesome customer service! I am trying the Vegan route..they had some great alternatives for proteins/veggies. Its a great service for people on the go and want to eat clean.

Food was good, but expensive (especially since it was discounted through Groupon). I wish I could choose a chicken & fish option. I had to give away the beef and pork meals.

Little bit confusing because the food containers aren't labeled so it's a bit of a surprise what you are eating. Food was decent.

Some of the food (squash) wasn't cooked enough and I tried to finish the cooking process without much success.

The guy who runs this is SUPER nice. Really, really nice fellow! I showed up early and he was extremely helpful and conscientious.
Food was delicious, and packaged really well. Good variety, and genuinely filling.
My only small bummers would be that I wish there was a bit more meals for the price (I'm probably pretty cheap). And the pickup location is pretty far depending on where you live (again I'm too cheap for the drop off).
