My sister, mom and I took the Mediterranean class at Capital Hill and so enjoyed it! Our instructor, Jess, was knowledgeable and fun. We made flat bread, dolmas, and hummus. The space was clean and well organized. Working with the staff at Eat Local leading up to the class was also very pleasant. We had a schedule conflict and, through a simple e-mail, the staff moved our reservation no problem. The reply back was prompt. We will definitely take a Eat Local cooking class again.

Class was fun and there were 3 small sample of the food they sell, but I thought we would be making a sauce or at least have one to take home. They proved 3 eggs, flour, and salt and the class was $50 each. Should of at least of gotten a small take home bag other than our uncooked noodles.

Such a fun experience!! They were a bit disorganized on the scheduling, asking us to reschedule and then cancelling the class and then calling back and saying it was still on. But besides this, the instructor was amazing!! She was very personable and knowledgeable. It was pretty inexpensive as well. I would definitely recommend! Just call a few times to confirm.
