Eats of Bolton
Eats of Bolton's tacos might not be imported from Mexico, but they're darn close. The eatery's head chef spent more than a decade cooking around the world, in locales from Mexico and Belize to Turks and Caicos. Hence the international flavor to the tacos stuffed with fish and other meats, available a la carte or via build-your-own taco 12-packs, which clients build from a spread of shells and fillings. The owners, Todd and Laura, craft their Mexican eats along with Cuban sandwiches and American dishes, from seasonal lobster rolls and chili cheese fries to classic plates of macaroni and cheese.
