Annoying reception person pushing tips before you even start your service and then again at the very end of service to remind you to tip. Just annoying. Facial became half body massage which is nice but I did not expect to be half naked exposed and massaged on my upper body. Usually its massage down to chest not to breasts. I felt uncomfortable. I also wanted to relax not have conversation and she kept asking me questions.

Charged additional 15 for face massage as apparently this was not included in Groupon deal. The microdermabrasion was not what I expected. I have had this service elsewhere and must say it felt like a facial rather than "a painful experience". I have several bruises on my face and hope they go away soon. I believe the machine was set at a higher setting than needed!!!!
