This is a scam. Seller will mark your Groupon as redeemed as soon as it's purchased, and will keep delaying your appointment until you finally decide to cancel. They will then say they will mark the Groupon as un-redeemed, but will not do so even after multiple calls. As the Groupon is marked as used, Groupon itself will not offer a refund, and I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back.

Adrian did a great job and the car looks brand new. We paid a little extra for the travel and additional pet fee (~$70 I think) but it's worth every penny. Interior was pretty rough just due to road trips with our furball. Definitely will be purchasing for future details. Thanks again!

Seller marked Groupon as redeemed the same day I purchased on 12/2/21 (I didn't notice that until way later). No show and no response for our appointment yesterday 1/13/22. We've had to reschedule several times due to weather, which I totally understand, but he doesn't inform until day of, sometimes after the appointment time. Pretty inconvenient for someone scheduling their day around the appt. I feel like a look at the forecast a day or two before would be helpful. I've contacted Groupon and asked for a refund but since it's marked redeemed they're "looking into it." :/ Can't recommend.
