Acupressure restores health and balance to the body’s channels of energy and to regulate opposing forces of yin (negative energy) and yang (positive energy). During an acupressure session, you lie on a soft massage table while the practitioner uses fingers, palms, elbows or special devices to apply pressure to acupoints on your body, then apply stretching, massaging and deep tissue work. For optimal result, a treatment plan typically consists of up to four sessions with each session lasting about one hour.

ECO Center for Education & Wellness

The ECO Center for Education and Wellness provides traditional Chinese medicinal treatments from the Menghe school, a branch of holistic practice that has been around since the 1700s. Though the origins of its services lie far away, the ECO Center boasts a direct link to the lineage through Dr. Zuohong Ding. Dr. Ding's family has practiced Menghe for five generations, discovering over many years how to combine herbal treatments, acupuncture, and massage to best benefit their patients.
