I booked for 5 hours.
Two ladies came and they were supposed to work 2.5 hours each.
One lady started with a kitchen when the other lady started with a bathroom.
Long story short, each of them spent over 2 hours there.
I do not understand how professional cleaners could take 2 hours to clean a single bathroom. (and a single kitchen for the other lady.)
They did not even clean anything inside per their guidelines. (No cabinets, drawers, and inside the stoves.)
So you do what you gotta do; but I am done with them.

Hi Moe sorry you felt that way if you look on our website you will see what we do. Cleaning inside stoves and cabinets are part of move IN/OUT cleaning the apartment needed a deep clean and there was a serious pest problem. We did the best we could however the place needed a deep clean and did the best that could be done within correct timing. It is also mentioned on the groupon we don't do post construction cleaning or Move in/out .
