The phrase "bird's eye view" can either refer to a majestic aerial viewpoint of the earth or the distorted image a parakeet sees in its cheap cage mirror. Set your sights on the former with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $25 for an Easy Rider zipline tour and Frequent Flyer card (a $50 value)
- $35 for a Super Six zipline tour and Frequent Flyer card (a $70 value)
- $45 for a High Flyer zipline tour and Frequent Flyer card (a $90 value)
The 30-minute Easy Rider tour takes riders five and older along 4 ziplines at heights of 10–25 feet so guests afraid of heights won't feel too nervous. The 6-line Super Six trek lasts approximately 60 minutes and sends fliers down more than 1,800 feet of cable dangling up to 40 feet above ground. The jewel of Eco Zipline's routes is the 10-line High Flyer run. Over roughly 90 minutes, guests zoom across more than a mile of cables including the 1,250-foot Super Zip where riders can reach speeds of up to 40 miles per hour.
After their tour, participants receive a Frequent Flyer card, which unlocks discounts on future visits, beginning with $10 off a tour on the second visit and leading up to a free High Flyer tour and a mid-flight high-five from an eagle on the fifth visit.
Eco Zipline Tours
Flying over forest canopies may seem like an unconventional way to tour the wilderness, but the staff at Eco Zipline Tours wouldn't have it any other way. Bright-green leaves paint a picturesque backdrop for more than a quarter of a mile of cables that zigzag through the trees in New Florence to create 6 individual ziplines that cover 1,800 feet. Staff members lead groups through three different tours that range from the Easy Rider, which covers four lines, to the High Flyer, which rockets patrons down all 10 lines over a mile of ziplines at heights up to 225 feet.
Eco Zipline Tours’ founder, Mike Seper, not only brings a passion for his hobby and Missouri wildlife, but he also brings expertise drawn from as far away as Hawaii. Eco Zipline tours upholds rigorous safety standards, including daily cable inspections and braking tutorials, and provides each patron with the required gear. Children aged 5 and older are welcome to zip, provided all minors are accompanied by a parent on tour.
