Ed Harris School of Golf

Ed Harris's knowledge of golf could fill a book—and it has, three times over. The PGA pro and author of instructional books that teach golfers about swing dynamics, short-game mastery, and course strategy also shares his expertise in lessons at his eponymous school, which has welcomed high-profile alumni including Clint Eastwood, Alice Cooper, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Private lessons provide personalized programs to improve skills, often using video evaluation to further pinpoint the exact moment the student lost their form and spun into a pirouette. Nine-hole [playing lessons present on-course challenges, and classes designed for juniors teach young players the fundamentals of the game, including how to react when golf carts start bucking.

Customer Reviews

He has a very methodical approach to teaching you the correct techniques. Don't expect to leave a first lesson thinking you can play a round of golf. Don't take the well intentioned "instructions" that are offered to you by friends in between lessons. Practice, practice practice. I enjoyed my first three lesson and feel I have improved with each one.

Great instructor! I will be back
Chris P. · June 19, 2014
He was very good at analyzing my stroke and had me hitting the ball with consistency. I was intimidated with my Taylor-made driver but now I have confidence in using it. Thanks, Ed! See you for my next lesson.
