Excellent! EXCELLENT! Always the most amazing attention and staff! They are beyond wonderful and all so knowledgeable! Jennifer is amazing! Explained the difference in peels and talked me through the entire process. I would recommend and will be returning tomorrow for a couples message!

The spa was amazing and the staff was nice but they are dishonest about their prices. Be sure to call the BEFORE buying your Groupon. I had to pay an additional $200 for a treatment that they claim was not a part of the Groupon, yet no where did they disclose that. I ended paying full price for a service despite having a Groupon. I will not be returning here again!

We are sorry to hear about the way you feel. The reason there was an additional charge is because you enhanced your peel to the Precision Plus Peel from the Original Peel that you purchased off of Groupon. The original peel is the most basic peel that is good for all skin types and all age groups. We have more targeted peels that can address more specific skin concerns/conditions but those would be an enhancement on top of the Groupon special that's being offered.
