What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

As a psychotherapist for 30 years I realized the talk therapy combined with movement, breath, hypnotherapy, meditation and energy work were incredible techniques to promote mental and phyical change.We offer yoga classes that inspire, teach and shift old energy patterns.

What is the experience customers can expect?

My hobby is music and music is always the best therapy. I was inspired to combine my knowledge and love of inspirational songs with the many therapeutic techniques I have aquired over decades.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I love seeing people feel strong and confident. It is so comforting to see smiles on students faces because they feel good, and give people hands on tools to release old thoughts and behavior patterns.

What do you love most about your job?

the best place to gather in fall and winter; to learn be inspired and make new friends.
