The tech arrived timely and tightened up the door.
He then oiled/greased it. Sadly it still squeaks when going up and down, and the grease spray got on the front/outside of the door.

The technician was great and I would give the company 5 stars except for the front end. Took them forever to get my name and details into the computer "It keeps erasing it." Then they couldn't make my groupon work and kept voicing it as my problem. No apology for the inconvenience. Office management could use some work but otherwise the service was excellent.
