As Certified Hearmath® Trainers and Mentors, we are also authorized to facilitate proven science based programs in our community to schools, organizational teams and individuals. We currently offer group coaching and workshops throughout community centers in South Florida.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are passionate about inspiring children and adults to utilize effective tools, so they are able to experience joy, satisfaction and wellness . Our mission is all about teaching you how to deal with stress, improve your health and achieve optimum performance.
What do you love most about your job?
We are extremely grateful in witnessing the "shift" in perception and self awareness that takes place in our mentees' hearts. Through our programs, we're being able to plant the seeds of a true heart-based community that values and utilizes emotional regulation as part of their daily life.
