About Edwards Ridge Distillery
Edwards Ridge Distillery is a craft distillery making small batches of distilled spirits. They have two varieties of rum: silver and gold. The William, Talus Silver came first and is recommended for both sipping and mixing. The William, Talus Gold is the same basic formula, but it has been aged in a barrel for added smoothness. Edwards Ridge opens its doors Thursday–Saturday to give curious tipplers an insider's look at the distilling process and a taste test.

I don’t like rum but there white rum was amazing. They have very good Amaretto also. Both the bar tender and the tour guy were very nice and informative. Whenever I’m in San Antonio without my kids I will most definitely go back for a bottle of rum amaretto and a good time.

Genuinely awesome! We went with a big group, and had a blast trying the menu out. The drinks were amazing tasty and at a good price point. The owners were very accommodating, personable and knowledgeable throughout the tour. Honestly, probably our new favorite drinking spot. Definitely going back to buy a few bottles!
