Q:

What is the parking situation like at the downtown location? Do we have to find street or garage parking or is there parking on-site. Do you know what the cost is to park on-site if it is available?

Toni A.  asked on  Oct 27, 2012

A:

Hi Toni! I'm very sorry that we were unable to get to your question! Since this Groupon is only available for purchase for a limited time, I suggest reach out to your desired location directly for more information. Thanks for your interest!

Q:

Where are the consultations being held? I bought the deal and went to schedulicity, but for "location" it says "not specified". I will be attending class in Kailua and would prefer not to drive into town. Also, are there only two dates to choose from or will you be adding more? Thank you.

Allyson F.  asked on  Oct 26, 2012

A:

The first two consultation are being held at our Manoa facility. We will be adding more dates in the near future. If you'd like to schedule an individual consult please call us at 271-3779 and ask for Corrie. She will be able to set it up for you. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Q:

If I have travel planned for a week within the presented 6 week training program, may I extend a week or is the week a wash/loss? Can I start the initial orientation as soon as tomorrow morning? What is logistically the soonest day to start? Thanks!

Tina B.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

We would recommend starting your Groupon when you can attend for a full six weeks, but we will make an exception and extend for you if absolutely necessary. You do have a six month period to redeem your Groupon. You must sign up for an orientation before starting your first class. Visit our website at hawaiifitcamp.com to see the available orientation times and to schedule your orientation. If there is still space in our first orientation I believe you could start attending classes next week.

Q:

All your locations are quite far from Hawaii Kai. Would you consider training in Hawaii Kai? The Koko Head Recreation Center has space, and could probably accomodate your class. I know several people out here who would be interested, but would find it inconvenient to drive into town in the mornings.

Amy M.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

We are always open to new locations. Starting a bootcamp in Hawaii Kai would be great but it would just require that we secure a location and have a qualified instructor available to teach it. We won't be able to give you a definite answer on a new Hawaii Kai location within the next couple days while this deal is running, but we'll definitely look into it. At this time the Groupon only applies to our current locations. If you'd like to join our mailing list we will keep you updated on any new locations. We always have great specials on membership when we open a new location that would be comparable to this Groupon deal. You can join our mailing list at hawaiifitcamp.com and enter your info under "sign up for our Get Fit newsletter".

Q:

How do you adjust training for someone who is overweight and 60? -i.e. less reps, lighter weights, etc?

Patricia W.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

Our trainers are experts at adjusting the workouts to each persons fitness level and age. Any exercise we teach can be modified and you can go at your own pace until your fitness level and stamina increases.

Q:

Hi, are there showers at the Waipio location? Is the groupon usable right away? If I buy it, I would like to start next week.

Lacey S.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

There are not showers at our Waipio location. Our downtown location is the only one with showers. The groupon is usable right after you attend your initial orientation. You can sign up for our next available orientation online. Just visit our website at hawaiifitcamp.com to schedule.

Q:

What date/time will the classes be held? Will they be held, mon-wed-fri (7:30-8:30) or tue, thur, sat? This information would be helpful and determining if I can actually used the groupon based on the class schedule and my work schedule.

Levette J.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

Our full class schedule is located on our website at hawaiifitcamp.com. We have four locations with many classes to choose from

Marcia E.  from  Merchant  replied on  Oct 25, 2012

Q:

Can I go to classes at two different locations during the 4 week period? I'd like the flexibility to go to either Manoa or YWCA depending on my schedule, which is variable.

Cora Y.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

Yes, your Groupon allows you to attend sessions at any of our locations

Marcia E.  from  Merchant  replied on  Oct 25, 2012
