It's not exactly easy to choose a dish at El Sombrero. The restaurant's 20-page menu tempts diners with an abundance of delicious options. The house favorites would be a good place to start, though; they include dishes as varied as steak ranchero with guacamole and chicken with homemade mole sauce. Nachos are a specialty—there are six different kinds—and combo platters supply the chance to sample multiple flavors. The seafood dishes are popular as well, particularly the whole fried fish.
