About Elaina Wilcox Photography
With a decade of photography work, Elaina Wilcox has an eye for artful images captured with her Canon 50D or, in some cases, her iPhone 5. Though conventional portraits are well within her wheelhouse, she's not afraid to take risks, even if it means arranging a picture of a four-man band crammed into an elevator—music and event photography was her first gig—or snapping a portrait that captures a subject's personality by emphasizing their leopard-print leggings. She also passes on her photography know-how in classes that focus on shooting portraits with natural light, basic composition skills, and how to harness the iPhone's photography apps to produce the best images.
