I purchased a Groupon for a consultation and a 60 minute electrolysis session. I have to drive an hour away to get to this location, which I told her when I got there. She did the consultation then only about 11 minutes of electrolysis, then told me I’d have to come back for the rest! Not what I paid for. I requested a refund was refused she lied & told Groupon there wasn’t enough hair to remove!

Hi Karen, per the written policy listed on several intake documents that you signed, email and Client portal notifications, Groupon ad and my website that is why you were not entitled to a refund. First, you scheduled your appointment after the Groupon expiration date which I honored it as a courtesy. Second, you attended your consultation that INCLUDES 10 minutes of treatment. I gave you a minute FREE. The 60 minutes treatment requires a separate appointment as outline on my website and on Groupon detail. During the consultation as well as through written correspondence you were told you could use your 60 minutes as a whole or increments of 15, 30 or 45 minutes. Following this further, you did not have enough hair on area at time of consultation to even proceed with a 60 minute session even if you requested to proceed with a session following the consultation on the same day. You have access to your consultation pictures and I am happy to email pictures of the area if needed. Again, you were not entitled to a refund as you were fully aware through multiple verbal and written sources that a consultation is required prior to treatment. I apologize that you overlooked all those sources during your exploration with my services. Lastly, you were aware of where I was located at time of purchase of your Groupon. It was your choice to purchase the deal knowing where I was located. Sorry you didn’t have the experience you hoped for. Happy to refer you another provider in your area, as there are a few.
