highlights are the techs don't even know what the machines do...and that is only if you actually get an appointment that they haven't cancelled on you

As mentioned above the staff was friendly but she did barge into "room" everytime she came to check on me. Room is in quotes because walls didn't go to ceiling, so I could hear everything that was going on in spa and could see the flash of lights from procedure being done in next room (strob effect was not relaxing). The place was tidy but not clean. The towels on the bed were not changed (barely straightened) from last customer. Doubt that thjat the equipment was cleaned in between customers.
