Choose Between Two Options

  • $29 for 10 kettlebell classes (a $250 value)

Instructors guide students through the best methods to lift and swing kettlebells, rounded weights with attached handles. They focus on explosive movements that combine cardio workouts with strength and flexibility training. Thanks to the handles and swinging motion, bodies’ joints suffer little to no impact during the workouts. Students must first attend an introductory course held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m and Saturday at 10 a.m. After that, they can attend all regular classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 p.m., Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m., Fridays at 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.

Element 5 Fitness

Rommel Acda pursued a career in physical fitness to help his parents deal with their metabolic disorders and lead healthier lifestyles, but he found his passion for helping people went beyond his family. Element 5 Fitness offers personal training and classes such as boot camp, athletic conditioning, and kettlebell training taught by Willie Woods, a certified strength and conditioning specialist. The training facility houses traditional equipment and utilizes protocols focused on getting results.
