Every local community has a story, a history, and a unique personality that cannot be replicated. This is often thanks to specialized, small-scale businesses, like this one, which contribute to a neighborhood’s distinctive character and promote a thriving ecosystem in their community. Small, independent businesses offer diverse products and services, fostering economic resilience by removing the local economy’s dependence on a single industry. When you buy local, you build local, and deepen your connection to your own community.
As a result, patronizing a local business like this is an act of community building. Check out their website to learn more about the local experience you can discover today.

Element Boxing and Fitness LLC
Back when Dalton Outlaw and Cerresso Fort were just a couple of kids, they spent their days throwing punches into imaginary opponents, much like Mike Tyson does when he's sleepwalking. As they grew older, their boxing ring moved from the playground to the gym, and make-believe opponents turned into real ones. Inspired by their passion for the sport, the best friends—who call themselves brothers—started Element Boxing and Fitness LLC to teach others that boxing can both whip them into shape and foster new relationships.
Here, Adults and kids alike don cushioned boxing gloves and work up a sweat throwing punches at bags and pads during boxing classes, open gym, or personal training sessions. All the while, students learn the difference between a jab and a hook, as well as how to perform the best defensive moves, from the bob and weave to the disarming bear hug. The gym also holds high-intensity CrossFit classes to keep bodies in peak physical condition.
“It's fun and be ready to work out. It is a boxing studio first, so there isn't alot of formality. Don't be afraid to ask someone for help. ”
“Great, highly recommend!!”
