Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

I am not a current member, but did go to Elements once a few years ago for one introductory rate massage. Am I still eligible for this coupon?

Aaron L.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

A:

Unfortunately Aaron, as stated in The Fine Print, this deal is available to new customers only. The most attractive on-going pricing we have available to customers once they have had their one opportunity at the new client rate is our Wellness Program, which offers clients who get massage regularly a savings of $30 on every massage. There is no long-term commitment (you can terminate at any time with 30 days notice), you share share the membership with an immediate family member, and unused massages rollover so you will never lose your money. Plus you will get all the heath benefits of monthly massage (reduced stress, pain relief and many more). We also occasionally offer last-minute specials via email to those on our mailing list via Constant Contact (you can subscribe at our website www.elementsmassage.com) or by calling the studio (704-556-2006). We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Q:

Hi, Do you have an upright seat of some kind... i ask because for a 30 minute i would want to concentrate only on my neck, traps and back and it seems the traps just can't be done lying down. Thanks

Lori A.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

Lori - yes we do have a massage chair where you can receive massage seated. Your therapist will do an intake discussion with you and work with you to customize the session to meet your specific needs. You may also upgrade to an hour session for $25 if you would prefer additional time.
