I purchased a groupon in December and received one as a Christmas gift. I spoke to Elena (owner) and she said this was fine. On the day of the appointment to use my gift voucher, (in front of multiple customers) she embarrassed me stating she couldn't honor my groupon because she saw that it was purchased from the same groupon account. I tried to explain that I'd also purchased a gift for my mother. I tried to show her that my gift voucher was from a different purchaser but because of her TONE and UNPROFESSIONALISM, a crowd ensued and due to the color of my skin I felt I was a deficit so I left! Long story short, I have almost $400 in groupon bucks!
