Q:

How is the one hour of jump time used? Meaning can they take breaks in between jumping or once they start jumping even if they take a 20 minute break or go to the restroom, etc. does the clock keep ticking down? One hour to jump non-stop is a long time even for a kid. Also, if I use the tickets for my kids, can I go in for free if I am not doing any activities? Or do I have to pay just to watch them?

A:

The one-hour of jumping time will begin once you start jumping. You do not need to pay admission if you are not jumping.

Q:

What is the real savings on this groupon if the regular price is $15 per 2 hrs? I would say it is $3 instead of $12 as they say. It would be worthy if they let you use the rest of the activities as well. Or am I confused on the pricing?

Adriana M.  asked on  Jul 22, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion! This Groupon is for two one-hour jump sessions. These two passes can be used by the same person across two separate trips. The two passes can also be split between two individuals during the same visit.
