Elevated Conditioning answers this question with its Cyclic Variations in Adaptive Conditioning (CVAC) pods. During appointments, clients sit inside a personal pod. The lid closes, and the altitude pressure within the pod changes 200–400 times during a single 20-minute session. These sessions—which require clients to do nothing but sit there and relax—can render lots of potential benefits, including reduced fatigue, faster recovery time, and increased physical stamina.
