IT IS RARE FOR ME TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW! Unfortunately, as a woman who has owned a business for over a decade, I expect quite a bit from other owners when it comes to customer satisfaction, especially when you’re offering a luxury service. The owner, Kaity, while new to the area of entrepreneurship, has very little concern for customer satisfaction, even when she personally assists with a consultation, and clearly sees the “end result” was less than desirable. I’ve emailed her, and she isn’t even offering to amend the egregious error. After my experience, I have little faith in Ms. Kaity, as well as the stylist she personally recommends. They have potential, but unfortunately, I believe ignorance will stunt any growth. I would not recommend. I’ve actually paid 1/4 of the cost, for better service at Capri College. I am not saying that to be “ugly” I’m Just expressing my experience. The staff is lovely, just not quite as skilled as Ms. Kaity, would like you to believe. 😕 Not to mention A full highlight, brow wax, conditioner treatment, and 4 strands of Demi color remover Ended up being almost $400.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to provide some clarity for future guests considering booking with us. During your appointment, we conducted a thorough consultation and had discussed upgrading from the original Groupon service (partial highlight) to a full highlight as well as the need to remove pre-existing pink color from your hair. This color removal was not included in the Groupon service and was explained as an unpredictable process, with the possibility that multiple removal sessions could be required. Prior to beginning the service, we discussed pricing in detail and provided a high-end estimate of up to $500 (including the price of the Groupon) ONLY if multiple color removal sessions were necessary before completing the highlight. This estimate and all services were agreed upon before proceeding. Fortunately, the pink color was successfully removed with one session, allowing us to move forward with the full highlight. At checkout, you expressed satisfaction with your hair, and left a $60 tip for your stylist. For transparency, the Groupon purchase was $113. Additional services not included in the Groupon (color correction and full highlight upgrade) totalled $124, bringing the full service total to $237 (normally a $328 value) prior to the tip. The following day, concerns were raised that had not been communnicated during or immediately after the appointment. While we stand by the quality and integrity of the work performed, a partial refund was issued as a courtesy to bring resolution and avoid further frustration. We value clear communication, transparency, and mutual respect, and we always encourage guests to voice concerns during their appointment so adjustments can be made in real time. While we regret this experience didn't meet your expectations, we remain committed to providing high-quality services, honest consultations, and a welcoming enviroment for all clients. --Eleven Eleven Salon
