Eliada's Annual Corn Maze

From the time Dr. Lucius B. Compton founded Eliada Homes, Inc. in 1903, the nonprofit agency continues to work toward creating healthy futures for abused, dependent, and neglected children and their families through foster care, therapy, and range of other programs. One of those programs begins each autumn, when the agency sets up its corn maze through 12 acres of tall cornstalks and challenges visitors to decipher its intricate passageways without help of any helicopter reconnaissance support. When not working through the facility’s four mazes, participants can also enjoy less mentally taxing attractions such as a giant sandbox filled with corn kernels, a storybook trail, and hayrides. All proceeds from admission directly benefit the children and families served by Eliada.

Customer Reviews

It is a beautiful experience My family enjoys this gift to the world every year!

Good family fun but HIGHLY recommended you go early in the season We went the day before Halloween and the corn maze had been trampled and many of the checkpoints had fallen down People had made their own 'cheat' paths through the corn so the whole challenge of navigating the corn maze was gone My 11 year old was really disappointed My 7 year old thought it was fun no matter what We go every year and never had a problem; all the rainy weather we have had may have contributed to the poor conditions I will get my Groupon and go next year, but we will go shortly after they open in September
