She wanted to help people with injuries or anyone who can't do high - impact workouts to get the best (most effective and safe) workouts. She combined creative low - impact aerobic exercisers with the power of Pilates (to help strengthen the core) and stretches from yoga & physical therapy and created a workout system which anybody can download and watch at any device.
