I have an expired $99 Groupon I purchsed from Elite Auto Detailing of Indianapolis which list the same address as this Groupon. I am guessing this is the same company (?). I purchased the Groupon in January with the intent of using it during one of the summer months. Unexpected health issues kept me down for and extended period of time and I was not able to use the Groupon before it expired. So my question is would that expired Groupon have any value towards these options?

If the Groupon is expired, we would ask that you pay to us the difference between the groupon price and the full value price for the service.

So just to clarify I understand correctly. The expired Groupon would be worth $99 credit towards the $235 value of the full service (which is what I previously purchased). Thus netting an additional $136 out of pocket to get any use of it. Correct? And this deal sells for $109 for the same service. Correct? So if I used the expired Groupon I would end up spendng an additional $27 as opposed to just starting over with a new Groupon. Correct?

Fortunately, even after the promotional value expires, the Groupon is still worth the amount you paid for it, in accordance with Groupon's terms of service. For example, if you paid $10 for a $20 Groupon, after expiration that Groupon should still be worth $10 toward the products or services originally offered in the deal.
