Q:

1) Can I work with you guys to pick which photographs I'd like in the final DVD, and which photos I'd like touched up(do you touchup)? 2) some of your pictures look pretty dramatic, if I want a dramatic shoot, is it possible to talk about a theme with you guys? 3) and what the costumes and makeup would look like, do you have artists who can help with it?

Q:

Hi, can I bring my dog? Do you photoshop the picture? Do you provide costume or do I bring my own clothes? Do you provide makeup or do I have to do my own makeup? So $50 for 30 minutes + $50 upgrade for higher resolution, total $100 and I get a dvd with highest resolution (23 megapixal) about 80-100 pictures. Or $50 + $75 (upgrade for another 30 mintues) total $125 for one hour shooting session + $50 upgrade for higher resolution, total $175 and I get a dvd with highest resolution (23 megapixal) about 160-200 pictures. Is that correct?

Q:

1) I don't understand what you mean by 'personal rights' only for the standard DVD. Can we print an image ourselves (or not) from the DVD for our own use? 2) Where in San Rafael do you meet? 3) Can we do this pretty soon? (before the new year?) Thanks! :) Eliza P

A:

You can print small sized prints at home, but no professional companies can print the images. We offer a really affordable DVD upgrade for $50 that includes some great extras ( full size 23 mega pixel images , expedited shipping and processing , and a discount for a future shoot) I highly Recommend purchasing this at the shoot :) we have a location in San Rafel, but also have some in halfmoon bay that are stunning, it's worth the drive. Yes we can try our best to schedule you in soon. Please purchase a groupon and contact as ASAP!

Q:

I am interested in purchasing this deal for a family photo shot with a baby that's turning one in March. Is this groupon good for that? Additionally, could I purchase one and my husband purchase one via his groupon account?

Edmond J.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Yes this is great for a family portrait, if you buy two you have to use them at separate times :) look forward to seeing you!

Q:

On site location is it outdoor only or we can get the photographer can come down to our house? How many people can this shoot cover?

Nirali D.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

We highly recommend you come to one of our park locations, we are trained for outdoor lighting and guarantee you'll be much more pleased shooting in one of our amazing locations. You can add in as many people as you want, but I'd recommend extending your time if you have more than 5. You can do this for $75 per 30 minutes.

Q:

Hi. About how many photos would be taken within the 30-minute photoshoot? Who would own copyright to the images on DVD? And can the duration of the photoshoot be extended? Thanks.

Vanessa D.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

About 80-100 photos are taken in the allotted time, although we ship around 50 of the best images. The standard dvd included in your package has personal rights only, we do offer an amazing package upgrade that not only expedites your shipping and processing time, it also comes with the HIGHEST resolution images and complete rights to do anything your heart desires with the images. You could make a billboard or even print a 60x40inch aluminum print from a 3rd party vendor. The disk upgrade is $50

Q:

Hi, Can this be upgraded to a longer photo shoot? We have two young kids, so 30 minutes probably isn't enough. If so, what is the cost to upgrade? What size prints would the high-resolution DVD allow for? If it is not at least 8x10, is there an upgrade available for this as well? Thank you!

Julie  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

We highly recommend upgrading your time if kids are involved. The best photos usually come after the first 30 minutes when the children are comfortable with the photographer. We offer a special deal to groupon customers, where they can double their time for $75 this can be purchased when you book your appointment. The dvd is great for web and printing 4x6 prints but we do offer a special deal where you can purchase all the HIGHEST quality images with commercial printing rights for ($50) This upgrade package also comes with other benefits like expedited shipping and processing.

Q:

Hi. I would like to know what is the fee for shipping the DVD. And if you offer an option to download the high resolution images online. Or if it is possible to just stop by and pick up the DVD. If so, what would be the pickup location? I live in Fremont. So, somewhere near Fremont would be ideal. But even Mountain View would also work as I work nearby.

Elisa  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Shipping is 5$ and there are no pickup options.
